MyProVenue also allows you to edit your account settings and maintain a list of friends.

As an alternative to selecting an individual section tile, you can select the BEST SEATS AVAILABLE tile to view seats automatically selected by the system.
Once you have selected a tile (venue section) with the "Checkout" overlay, you can set/change a seat quantity per ticket type.
For example, you might set two tickets as an "Adult" ticket type and two tickets as a "Child" ticket type.
Each ticket type displays as a separate tile. The example below shows two tickets priced at $15.00 each for an "Adult" ticket type.

As an alternative to selecting a specific venue section from the list, selecting the "Best Seats Available" tile allows you to purchase seats chosen automatically by the system.
Selecting the "Best Seats Available" tile prompts you to log in if necessary, and advances you to the shopping cart.
Login to your MyProVenue account and click the menu icon at the top right. Choose “My Tickets” from the drop-down list of options then click “View Ticket Inventory” and choose the relevant event to display your tickets for that event.
Click the ticket you wish to enter the stadium with and that ticket and barcode will be displayed. Show the screen at the stadium and the barcode is scanned and entry permitted, provided the barcode has not already been used and that you are in the correct area of the stadium.
Tickets you have bought online can be forwarded to the MyProVenue accounts of friends (or family members) so that they can use their own mobiles to enter the stadium. Once you have forwarded a ticket you will no longer have the barcode on your own mobile, so you cannot use the ticket yourself unless you “recall” it (see below).
First, display the ticket you want to forward by logging in, clicking the menu icon at the top right and choosing “My Tickets”. Click “View Ticket Inventory” then choose the relevant event:
Click the ticket you wish to forward and that ticket will be displayed. Click the “FORWARD” button. You will see your friends list so select a friend and click FORWARD TICKETS. An email is sent to your friend and to yourself.
If you want to add a new friend, click ADD FRIEND before you forward.
The recipient receives an email giving the details of the forwarded ticket(s). There are three links in the message:
If you have multiple accounts, a password change applies to all accounts with the same email address (user name).
To add friends to your list either click ADD FRIEND during the forwarding process or click the icon at the top right, choose “My Accounts” then “Manage Friends”. Click ADD FRIEND at the bottom of your list and input the friend’s name and email address.
You can delete friends from your list but you cannot amend their details.
If, for any reason, you wish to recall an unused ticket, display the ticket (in the manner described earlier) and if it has been forwarded you will see a Recall button at the bottom. Click this button and your will both receive an email to confirm the recall. The ticket will be removed from your friend’s inventory and will be available in your own once again.
To log in from a mobile device, you must use the email address associated with your account.
The new email address becomes your user name and is required to log into your account. The system also uses the new email address for password resets and related activities.
A MyProVenue account is required to purchase tickets. You can select an event and search for tickets. However, you are prompted to create a MyProVenue account as a condition for locking seats and completing your ticket purchase.
